7. Luton<\/b><\/h2>\n

Luton<\/span><\/a> is already home to nearly<\/span> 9,000 businesses<\/span><\/a> and plans to continue improving skills development programmes so that local entrepreneurs have access to the best talent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The city scores first in the list of<\/span> best small cities for startups<\/span><\/a>, having<\/span> increasing business birth rates<\/span><\/a> since 2022 and attracting attention from local and international investors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In recent years, Luton made it to the top of the list of<\/span> best UK cities for entrepreneurs<\/span><\/a> due to its relatively low business closure rates and the<\/span> cost of office space<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Nottingham<\/b><\/h2>\n

Nottingham<\/span><\/a>\u2019s<\/span> business growth rates have been increasing<\/span><\/a> since 2017, especially in areas like FinTech, creative, and life sciences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
