Barnsgrove is an incredible purpose built members clubhouse. It sits beautifully in its countryside surroundings in the rolling Hampshire hills of our Arable Farm. Over the past year we have built Barnsgrove from the ground up, carefully considering all the elements to make this a beautiful, awe inspiring place to be, collaborate, work, exercise and socialise. Barnsgrove offers a variety of ways to work, we have 10 private offices varying from 20 - 35m2 accomodating 5 - 8 desks per office all with air conditioning, underfloor heating, hard wire internet, ability to control your own temperature and music. These private offices along with the resident desks in the same area have a private kitchenette, zoom pods and entrance, they also have access to all that the clubhouse has to offer. The clubhouse is home to Palmers Bar and Orchards Cafe offering delicious breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea options. There are a variety of flexible areas to work. There are two large meeting rooms that can be individual or together and Doecroft is our paneled front office, with stunning wallpaper and views across the farm. The central area of the clubhouse is our wellness area with Gym, treatment rooms, studio classes and changing rooms. All this in stunning surroundings with a south facing terrace to spill out onto from Palmers and Orchards. The aim of Barnsgrove is to be a place to elevate the everyday, it invites you to explore a new sense of belonging within our community where the possibilities are endless.

Barnsgrove is set in the rolling Hampshire hills on our family farm. This unique 20,000 sq ft building brings together social, work and wellbeing under one roof. This expansive building is awe inspiring as you discover all that it has to offer with well designed workspaces for businesses or individuals alongside fitness and wellness and stunning flexible workspaces. The founders have rebuilt where once their old dairy stood into a gleaming, interior design led building. All of the spaces have been meticulously thought out to accommodate a wide range of requirements.
