The height of the room provides the space with a wonderful airiness, and a sense of calm. Situated on the third floor, the space consists of over 33x desks, a large boardroom, a small meeting room, two soft seating areas, a kitchen, and an outside balcony. The design of the space has focused on providing physical and mental wellbeing, ergonomic, and environmentally sustainable solutions for the workplace. All energy consumption is through a green energy supplier. The desks are made from reclaimed scaffold boards. The chairs are ergonomic Herman Miller Sayl chairs. With a long term leased signed, the space is pleased to contribute further to the story of this wonderful space. The centre is so named as a tribute to the former photographer, Ian O'Leary, who occupied it. It was a name he used to go by.
