Venturing further into the building, you'll find our cafÃ©, which is currently run by The Key. Provender House, is one of ten properties making up Waterloo Quay. Across the ten buildings, we have six meeting rooms, all equipped with Logitech conferencing systems; we have the above-mentioned cafÃ©; a fully equipped gym; and three car parks, one of which is a multi-storey carpark. Just a ten minute walk away, you find the historical village, Footdee, the beach and Codonas.
