Fareham Innovation Centre has 22 spacious offices arranged over two floors. Private offices are designed for one to ten people, an ideal size for start-ups and smaller businesses. For businesses that need space to develop, test or produce products, there are 15 workshops for light manufacturing and engineering companies. There are also shared offices for entrepreneurs and businesses looking for a professional environment to work away from their home office. Shared offices include a desk and lockable storage in friendly co-working environment. Every space throughout the centre is smartly decorated with stylish contemporary furniture. Along with serviced offices, the purpose-built centre delivers professional business support to help new companies grow and flourish. Businesses benefit from reception services and friendly staff that will answer calls, greet guests, manage mail or provide other secretarial support during the day. A dedicated incubation director facilitates access to business support and connections to a network of experts and potential clients. There are also tree meeting rooms with digital projectors that seat between six and 12 people in a boardroom-style layout. Merlin House on Meteor Way is home to the Fareham Innovation Centre, an outstanding property for businesses to create and innovate.
