This great 1950s building on Grays Inn Road, has been completely redeveloped into a design-led, flexible managed office space. The design is fresh and innovative with communal areas throughout and meeting rooms on the ground floor. The large, living green roof has a terrace with views across London, and a herb garden. There is a focus on reducing carbon emissions through energy efficient measures, rainwater harvesting and grey-water recycling. Showers, bike storage and kitchen facilities are all provided and an Organic Café and Barber Shop are downstairs. Tenants have 24-hour access to the space.
This building is just over five minutes from King's Cross St. Pancras and Russell Square and 10 minutes from Chancery Lane making it very easy to get to from most of London and beyond. There are even international services from St. Pancras. A number of great cafés and restaurants are close-by and there's a gym just behind the building. The Brunswick Centre with Waitrose, a pharmacy and more restaurants and shops is a short walk. Heathrow Airport can be easily accessed using the Piccadilly Line of the London Underground.

Local Area Info
Kings Cross is currently one the capital's most important transportation hubs and home to a large number of businesses in areas as diverse as leisure, the media, and retail. Previously derelict land around Caledonian Road and York Way has been replaced with modern office buildings and upscale residential property. Some important institutions that have moved to the area include BNP Paribas, the Central St Martins College of Art and design, and Camden City Council. Kings Cross also has a well developed night time economy partly due to the large number of visitors that go through the area on a daily basis.
Kings Cross and the adjoining station at St Pancras provide international rail links with Paris and Brussels, in addition to connections with Scotland, Kent, and the south of England. Six underground lines converge at Kings Cross.
