About the Maxim Office Park
Eurocentral is home to a number of warehouses and distribution centres, factories and call centres. It also features a rail freight centre linking the area with the nearby Gragemouth docks, as well as England and mainland Europe. Officially opened in March 2010, the Maxim Office Park features ten modern office buildings built between 2006 and 2010. All buildings have good BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) ratings with leading green facilities, with Building 5 rated as ‘excellent’ and the remaining nine buildings rated as ‘very good’.
